Get the national recognition your company deserves by earning the Best Workplaces for Commuters designation. Managed by the National Center for Transit Research at the University of South Florida, BWC offers employers ongoing training in commuter benefits and tax strategies, assistance in meeting Employee Commute Option (ECO) requirements and national recognition for being a great place to work. The BWC is a nationwide public-private partnership with about 370 members. Oregon members include Nike, Metro and Oregon State University.
Employers wishing to join the BWC must complete a membership application that doubles as a flexible commute options program. BWC membership helps address the needs of rural, suburban and urban employers, as well as office and shift workers. Joining the BWC will help your employment site comply with ECO requirements.
BWC offers assistance with the membership process and provides year-round training opportunities.
